Welcome to Bare Bones Distillery, a one man band run by an ex cidermaker and bar manager who has spent too long in the booze industry to feel comfortable anywhere else.

Bare Bones is based around a 4m "bare bones" reflux still I built, which I am slowly improving and fleshing out. Part of my goal with Bare Bones is to make as much of my equipment as opposed to buying ready made equipment - it's cost me many nights sleep fixing my own mistakes but it's more fun this way!

The current range is Gin and Vodka but I hope to have some interesting releases in the near future as I get more equipment built and expand my capabilities.
